Virtual Remote Security Guard Services
The Visitor Experience
Let’s start by discussing what happens with our Virtual Remote Security Guard Service when a visitor pulls up. When the visitor pulls up, the visitor presses the button on the kiosk, and a Virtual Remote Security Guard immediately engages the visitor, initiating the validation process. There is no wait time during this process, as SafePassage has worked hard to expedite the visitor check-in process, addressing visitors seconds after pulling up. Our Virtual Remote Security Guards are best known for their efficiency, accuracy, and unparalleled customer service.

Visitor Validation Process
During the validation process, our virtual remote guards keep their engagement short as the primary goal is to find the visitor in the system and allow the visitor entry. As part of this process, we ask to see the driver’s license to verify the visitor’s identity. Assuming the visitor has been found in the system, we add their license plate to their profile for future expedited entry. If the visitor has been approved for seven days, the visitor no longer has to stop by the Kiosk; however, when the visitation period expires on the 8th day, the visitor will have to stop by the Kiosk for revalidation. Using our signature License Plate recognition system and optimized check-in process, we can quickly handle large volumes of visitor traffic efficiently and fast.
Closing out the Visitor Experience
After the visitor is successfully validated, our Virtual Remote Guards will record where the visitor is going, the visitor’s name, date and time of entry, and vehicle information. This step is automatically done for our Virtual Remote Guards and is not manual, increasing accuracy and keeping the check-in process short. We also send the resident a text message letting them know their visitor has successfully checked in at the gate!
